Shopping Cart Facts and Questions


Q:   Can I use the shopping cart to purchase your products with a credit card?
A:   We are not offering credit card checkout at this time. If you would like to purchase with a credit card, you may call us at 877-845-8225, or you can fill out our printable order form and mail your information to us. The shopping cart system is only if you are paying with a check or money order. When you place your order with the shopping cart system, we will prepare your order and hold it until we receive payment from you. Once we receive your payment, we will ship your order.

Q:   How do I make a purchase with your shopping cart system?
A:   The online shopping cart system is very easy to use. Simply go to the page of the product that you would like to purchase, select which options you would like (color, hook size, quantity, etc.) and hit the "add to cart" button. When you are ready to check out, simply view your cart, and hit the "send order (normal)" button. Fill out the appropriate information, and follow the instructions.

Q:   How do I view the contents of the shopping cart?
A:   There is a link at the bottom of each page that says "view shopping cart contents". Clicking on the link will show you the contents of your shopping cart.

Q:   Can I change what is in my shopping cart?
A:   You may change what is in the shopping cart at any time. Simply view your shopping cart, and use the various options to either change your merchandise options, or add or remove products to your cart.

Q:   What if I make a mistake on my shopping cart order?
A:   We realize that mistakes happen. Either call us, or email us with what is incorrect, and we will help to make your purchase go as smoothly as possible.
